I have nearly a decade of experience in top management consulting. At Porsche Consulting I learned the tools and principles of Lean Management and transferred this know-how to multiple businesses, cultures and industries.
Seeing results was exciting. The speed and risk involved in the decision making, as well as implementing and adapting to make things work shaped me a lot.
I’ve also supported numerous private equity firms and family business owners increase their performance and value of their companies.
I founded COMIND after an exit from a digital agency in Cologne, Germany. Since then I’ve focused on supporting high growth companies in their scaling journey.
