I get an understanding you, your organization, your goals and the bottlenecks. Together we make a roadmap and prioritize the initiaives to work on to get results quickly. Then we define our mode of support. It can be a regular sparring or concrete projects where I step in and take the lead. I work in Sprints with defined outcomes.
